SH Pratt opens London Gateway site

SH Pratt Group has opened a bespoke temperature controlled warehouse at DP World London Gateway’s Logistics Park. It says it will reduce food miles and increase freshness in perishable and chilled supply chains. The company took occupation of the 108,555sq ft facility in June for a three-month fitting out period. [+]

First London Gateway call for Condor

The 18,270teu Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller arrived at DP World London Gateway on 29November, the first vessel on the AE7/Condor service from China to call at the port. It follows the announcement that the service would begin calling at London Gateway earlier this month. [+]

London Gateway gains Rotherham rail link

GB Railfreight has launched a new service between London Gateway and Newell & Wright’s terminal in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The 37-wagon train will run five times a week in each direction, on behalf of shipping line MSC. [+]
