Hellmann opens second Melbourne site

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has opened a contract logistics centre in Truganina, Australia, doubling its warehouse capacity in the Melbourne metropolitan area. Covering an area of around 19,000sq m with 18,000 pallet spaces the facility is also aiming for a 5-star Green Star As-Built certification. Equipment includes a 200 kW solar system, 30,000-liter rainwater tanks, and ten charging stations for electric vehicles. Hellmann offers comprehensive solutions along from seven locations in Australia and New Zealand – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Auckland and Christchurch.
