Hellmann restructures

The Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Group was restructured into a parent holding company and the three divisions – Air & Sea, Road & Rail and Contract Logistics, operating as legally independent subgroups from 1 August. Previously, the group had largely been organised geographically.
