HMRC allows multiple MRBs to Northern Ireland

HMRC will allow upload of multiple Movement Reference Numbers (MRN) into the Goods Vehicle Movement System (GVMS) from 26 October for traffic from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. Declarants will be able to add up to 2,500 MRNs to each goods movement reference (GMR). HMRC says that declarants should copy and paste MRNs from their local systems into a file, using the CSV template provided on-screen, and then upload it. They can be for CDS, Customs or Safety & Security.
