Border Force action may impact freight movements

BIFA says that industrial action by Border Force could affect freight movements at a number of locations on 23-26 December and 28-31 December. They are: Birmingham Airport, Cardiff Airport, Gatwick Airport, Glasgow Airport, Heathrow, Manchester Airport and port of Newhaven.  The action could lead to disruption at ports, airports, and Inland Border Facilities (IBF) and anyone able to move goods outside of this period should consider doing so.
