Qualified yes to Maersk Hamburg Sud buy

South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission has given the green light to Maersk Line’s acquisition of Hamburg Sud – but only on condition that the German-owned container carrier pulls out of vessel sharing agreements on trades between Asia and South America.
