Retail distribution specialist Oakland International has made its first investment in heavy goods vehicle chargers as part of its ambition to operate routes powered exclusively by electric vehicles. Multi temperature operator Oakland International has appointed Bob Richards as general manager at its Redditch facility. He previously held senior and director roles at organisations including PHS, Bidvest Logistics, Christian Salvesen, TDG, Palletways and David Hathaway.
