UPS has appointed Nando Cesarone as president of its Europe region. He succeeds Cindy Miller, who is returning to the US to become president of global freight forwarding. Cesarone has held several key international management positions at UPS, including president for North-East Europe. Vice president for corporate strategy Ross McCullough has also been appointed president for Asia Pacific.
