UPS offers ultra-cool option

UPS has launched a Cryo (ultra-low temperature) shipment service in Europe. UPS Temperature True Cryo gives healthcare customers access to end-to-end product protection and capability to ship specimens in a cryogenic environment, including real-time tracking and intervention. The solution uses Cryoport's leading-edge cryogenic containers, which use liquid nitrogen stored in dry vapour form to keep products frozen at -150°C for up to ten days. [+]
