UCH takes space in Manchester

[ November 8, 2013   //   ]

MAG Property, the property, development and facilities management arm of the UK airport group, has let 20,000 sq ft of warehouse at the World Freight Terminal at Manchester Airport to UCH Logistics. Staines-based UCH provides specialist transport and security screening services to the airfreight industry. General manager in Manchester, Nova Barker, said: “The warehouse will have state of the art equipment installed, including leading products in the world of security screening. UCH looks forward to working closely with MAG Property in the future.”
The World Freight Terminal is located at the south west side of Manchester Airport and can be accessed from junction six of the M56, less than a quarter of a mile away.

MAG Property is also leading the £800 million flagship Enterprise Zone development project, Airport City, at Manchester Airport including the 1.4 million sq ft World Logistics Hub, which last month announced a major financing deal with Beijing Construction Engineering Group.
