Hapag-Lloyd has opened a Quality Service Center (QSC) in Mauritius to serve the African market.QSCs gather selected functions from different areas under one roof, and are already established in Atlanta, Suzhou (China), Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Bogota, Viña del Mar (Chile) and Santos (Brazil). The QSC in Mauritius will begin its operations with around 100 employees, expected to double within the next two years.
