Infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital is to acquire 100% of TIP Trailer Services from HNA Group (Intemational) Company. Headquartered in Amsterdam and operating in 17 countries, including the UK, TIP  has a fleet of over 66,000 trailers and 86 trailer service centres. I Squared Capital’s other existing interests include American Intermodal Management, a transportation platform leasing new marine chassis in the US. [+]
