Danish transport and logistics company Leman has acquired freight forwarder Maru International – its third UK purchase in two years.
Maru is a European road transport specialist and also offers air, sea and logistics solutions at its offices in Dewsbury in Yorkshire, Braintree (Essex) and Coatbridge near Glasgow.

Scandinavian-based forwarder Leman is to open a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina on 1 November, its eighth in the US.
