Nurminen offers Russia solution

Finnish-based Russian transport specialist Nurminen Logistics said that goods may be declared using the TIR declaration procedure only if payment of customs fees and taxes was guaranteed by obtaining separate insurance, if the Russians carry out their threat. China is switching from Nationwide Business Tax (BT) to Value-added Tax (VAT) for freight forwarders and will affect invoicing procedures, reports the Expeditors website.
