Fercam signs joint venture deal with Dachser

Italian operator Fercam has signed a joint venture deal with Germany's Dachser. It will detach its Fercam Distribution (groupage) and Fercam Logistics (contract logistics) divisions from Fercam and integrate them into the new company by the end of the year.
